What to bring

Registration
Registration is mandatory for new patients before consultation. It is a one-time fee of ₹50, and you receive a Smita Hospital Card (SH Card), valid for all hospital services. If already registered, give your SH Card number when booking.
On the day
- Reception, help desk, admission and billing are on the ground floor
- Pay at the OPD billing counter — cash, credit cards, pay orders, demand drafts and RTGS are accepted
- See your doctor; sample collection and radiology are in the same hospital
- Collect medicines at the 24×7 pharmacy on the ground floor
- Wheelchair assistance is available on request
Follow-up
Follow-up consultations are valid for 10 days from the date of the first consultation, and OPD bills are valid for 10 days for testing or refunds.
Tips to make your consultation more useful
- Write down your symptoms, when they started and what makes them better or worse
- Note questions in advance so you do not forget
- Bring a family member if you may need help remembering advice
- Be honest about habits such as smoking, alcohol and missed medicines
- Ask the doctor to explain unfamiliar words
- Before leaving, confirm the plan: tests, medicines and follow-up date
