The Department of Neurosurgery at Smita Memorial Hospital provides exceptional, innovative and compassionate care for disorders of the brain, spine and nervous system. Skilled neurosurgeons manage a wide range of adult and paediatric conditions with precision, supported by modern technology and a multidisciplinary team.

Operations take place in a dedicated neurosurgical theatre equipped with a Carl Zeiss Tivato 700 operating microscope with full-HD recording, the Midas Rex MR8 high-speed drill system and a C-arm, followed by care in a 5-bed Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit with ventilators and multichannel invasive monitoring.
