For a planned admission, cashless approval must be taken before admission — up to 7 days in advance.
What is the deposit for an emergency admission with insurance?
For an emergency ICU or accident admission, the patient is admitted on showing the TPA ID card and paying ₹10,000, and the cashless process is completed within 24 hours.
