The Audiology and Speech Department at Smita Memorial Hospital specialises in diagnosing and treating hearing, speech, balance and related disorders. Audiologists and speech-language pathologists work to improve quality of life for people with communication challenges, and provide counselling for individuals of diverse abilities.
The department works closely with the ENT and Head & Neck Surgery team, including rehabilitation for hearing, speech and swallowing problems that follow head and neck cancer treatment or neurological conditions.
