OPD timings
Daily, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Walk-ins welcome; booking reduces waiting time.
Registration
One-time ₹50 for new patients, with a Smita Hospital (SH) Card valid for all services.
Follow-up
Follow-up consultations and OPD bills are valid for 10 days.
Payment
Cash, credit cards, pay orders, demand drafts and RTGS at the OPD billing counter.

Available on request at the entrance.
What to bring
- Your SH Card (if registered) and a photo ID
- Current medicines and previous prescriptions

- Only one attendant per patient at a time, wearing the attendant pass
- Children under 12 are not allowed except in approved special circumstances
- Valid photo ID and a health screening at the entrance for all visitors
- Visitors with fever, cough or breathlessness will not be permitted
- Wash or sanitise hands before and after visiting; keep noise levels low
- Ask permission before taking photographs or videos

Cashless admission with insurance
- Planned admission: cashless approval must be taken before admission — up to 7 days in advance
- Emergency ICU / accident admission: show the TPA ID card and pay ₹10,000 deposit; complete the cashless process within 24 hours
- Ward admission: pay the prescribed deposit and complete cashless finalisation within 24 hours
- Walk-in admissions without TPA details: provide them within 48 working hours, before discharge or before any surgery — whichever is earlier
- Deposits are refunded within 48 working hours of discharge
