Dr. Sreelekshmi S N is a skilled and dedicated Pathologist with comprehensive experience across Histopathology, Cytology, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, and Blood Bank services. She completed her MBBS from Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, and earned her MD in Pathology from Government Medical College, Kottayam, securing First Class.
Throughout her training and professional journey, Dr. Sreelekshmi has gained specialized exposure in Frozen Section, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunofluorescence reporting. She has worked closely with senior pathologists, delivering precise and time-bound diagnoses, and actively participated in national conferences such as BKON (2019, 2020, 2021) organized by GMC Kottayam.
She has also completed certifications in Quality Management Systems and Internal Audit (as per ISO 15189:2012), Cytopathology (MEU India), and an Online Fellowship in Hepatopathology from the Institute of Gastro and Hepato Pathology (IGHP).
