Dr. Jaxin Joy is a dedicated and skilled Otorhinolaryngologist with a strong academic background and comprehensive clinical training. She completed her MBBS from Government Medical College, Akola, and went on to specialize in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at the prestigious King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital, Pune—a 110-year-old institution renowned for its advanced ENT services and cochlear implant centre.
She is proficient in modern ENT surgical techniques, including coblation surgeries, microdebrider-assisted procedures, and the use of KTP and diode lasers. Her areas of expertise encompass microscopic ear surgeries, mastoidectomy, tympanoplasty, myringotomy with grommet insertion, coblation adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy, nasal bone fracture reduction, endoscopic nasal surgeries, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), turbinoplasty, turbinate reduction, and laryngeal surgeries (both microscopic and endoscopic).
Dr. Jaxin has also completed a Thyroplasty workshop accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons (England) and a Cochlear Implant workshop at KEM Hospital, Mumbai.
