Dr. Anies M.S

Dr. Anies M.S is a highly experienced Obstetrician and Gynecologist with extensive training in managing a broad spectrum of women’s health conditions. He completed his MBBS from St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore, and cleared MRCOG Part 2 from the Royal College, London. He further enhanced his expertise with a Fellowship in HIV Medicine from CMC Vellore, a Certificate in Sonography from Senthil School of Sonography, Chennai, and advanced training in Basic and Advanced Laparoscopy at the Indian Institute of Laparoscopic Centre, Coimbatore, and Paul’s Hospital, Ernakulam.

Over the years, Dr. Anies has gained rich and diverse clinical experience in both India and the UK. He has worked at St. Philomena’s Hospital and St. George’s Hospital in London, and has served as a Consultant Gynecologist at CG Hospital, Belgaum; Crescent Hospital, Alathur; and Mother Care Hospital. His career reflects a strong commitment to excellence in obstetric and gynecological care.

Dr. Anies specializes in the management of high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric cases, including placenta previa, placenta accreta, postpartum hemorrhage, and severe perineal tears. He is skilled in handling medical complications during pregnancy such as gestational diabetes, hypertension, eclampsia, thyroid disorders, epilepsy, anemia, and ITP. He is also proficient in performing cesarean deliveries, VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), and assisted vaginal deliveries using vacuum and forceps.

In gynecology, his expertise spans a wide range of procedures including IUCD insertions, endometrial and cervical biopsies, total abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies, non-descent vaginal hysterectomies, pelvic floor repairs, laparotomies for ectopic pregnancy and ovarian cysts, ovarian drilling, cystectomy, laparoscopic sterilization, and diagnostic hysteroscopy.
